2 Bathrooms The best seat in Las Palmas might be this balcony. Perched above the pool with a table for four and its own BBQ, it's where mornings start and evenings wind down. Inside, this second-floor condo sleeps four with two queen bedrooms, two baths, and a full kitchen under bright vaulted ceilings. The beach is a five-minute stroll, restaurants and cafes even closer, and yes, your dog is invited. Easy, breezy Playa del Coco living, with the pool literally below your coffee cup.
Upstairs has its perks. Flamenco Rosa 8 sits on the second floor of a classic red-tile Las Palmas building, which means vaulted ceilings, treetop breezes, and a balcony that looks straight down the length of the sparkling community pool. The beach? About 900 feet away. You'll walk it in five minutes, flip-flops optional.
THE BALCONY
Let's start where you'll actually live. The covered balcony runs along the front of the condo with a dining table for four, a charcoal BBQ, and that pool view framed by palm tops. Morning coffee up here is a ritual by day two. So is the post-beach cold drink while the grill heats up.
THE LIVING SPACE
Inside, the great room is open, bright, and built for lounging: a pair of comfortable white sofas, a smart TV, and AC to keep the afternoon cool. The vaulted ceilings give the whole space more air and light than you expect from a two-bedroom, and the layout flows straight from sofa to dining table to kitchen without a wall in the way.
THE KITCHEN
The kitchen comes fully equipped with warm wood cabinetry, a full-size fridge, electric range and oven, microwave, and coffee maker, plus all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need to turn a market run into dinner. The dining table seats the whole crew, and the balcony table is right there when dinner deserves a view.
THE BEDROOMS
Both bedrooms have queen beds, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. One catches lovely light through its garden-facing window, and both are steps from a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, so the morning routine never turns into a queue. With a queen in each room, the condo sleeps four comfortably.
THE POOL AND GROUNDS
Down the stairs, the pool is one of the biggest in Las Palmas, a long, blue stretch made for real swimming, ringed by loungers and tropical gardens. There's also a shaded rancho with a grill area for lazy afternoons, and a laundry room on site (washer and dryer, just steps away) to keep beach towels in rotation all week.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Las Palmas is the walkable heart of Playa del Coco's residential side. Restaurants, cafes, a small grocery, and shops are a couple of minutes on foot, the main strip is an easy stroll, and the beach, calm, swimmable, and famous for its sunsets, is five minutes from your door.
BRING THE DOG
This condo is pet-friendly. Leashes on in the common areas, and the beach is close enough for a morning dog walk on the sand.
Playa del Coco is one of Guanacaste's most walkable beach towns, and Las Palmas puts you right in the middle of the easy version of it. The beach is about a five-minute walk, a long, curving bay with calm water for swimming, fishing boats at anchor, and a sunset show that never repeats itself. Between your door and the sand you'll pass restaurants, cafes, and a small grocery, and the main strip with its seafood spots, taco joints, gelato, and beach bars is just beyond. Tour desks around town make it simple to book Catalina Islands snorkeling and diving, sunset catamaran sails, and some of the best sport fishing on the Pacific. Liberia International Airport is about 25 minutes by car, so you can be toes-in-sand within the hour of landing.
Check-in after 3:00 PM, checkout by 11:00 AM. 4 guests maximum. No smoking. No parties or events. Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (community rules). Pets allowed; leashed in common areas, clean up after your pet. Pool closes at 10:00 PM; no glass in the pool area; no lifeguard on duty. Second-floor unit reached by an exterior staircase.
Guests have the entire condo plus the Flamenco Rosa pool, rancho, gardens, and on-site laundry room. Self check-in via lockbox.

This is a second-floor unit reached by an outdoor staircase, so it's best for guests comfortable with a flight of stairs. Laundry is in a shared on-site laundry room a few steps from the unit, not inside the condo. Pets are welcome; please keep them leashed in the common areas.
