- Primary renter must be 18 or older.
- No events or parties.
- Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 23 kg per pet (limit one pet total).
- Children of all ages welcome (ages 0–17).
- No smoking on the property.
- Check-in after 3:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM.
- Community quiet time is from 10 PM to 8 AM daily. No unregistered guests overnight. Please turn off the A/C and lights when leaving.
- Please lock the doors, especially the front door, when departing.
- Please do not feed local wildlife or strays.
